Not only they are found in thousands but also they seem to be more accustomed to the vehicles, and for this you can be closer to these gigantic animals.

It is not only the elephants rather a varied numbers of animals such as to Masai giraffes, various gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons and more than 500 types of birds make this the one stop solution for both the bird and the animal lovers. After the game drive you will leave the park in the late afternoon and drive to the lodge for your overnight stay.

WHERE YOU WILL STAY

Tukaone Hembe Camp

Tukaone Hembe Camp is an intimate and authentic tented safari camp located on the iconic Serengeti plains, strategically placed along the migration routes that make this ecosystem world-famous. The camp’s name — “Tukaone” (Swahili for “let us see”) — reflects its purpose: to offer guests immersive views of wildlife in one of Africa’s most dynamic environments. Its positioning allows for spectacular sightings of elephants, lions, giraffes, and, during the migration seasons, vast herds of wildebeest and zebra as they move across the plains; sunrise and sunset here are dramatic moments framed by endless horizons and open skies.

Each tent is designed for comfort and connection to nature, featuring en-suite facilities, quality bedding, mosquito netting, and safari-style décor that blends with the landscape while providing a restful place to return to after game drives. Communal areas — including the dining space, lounge area, and firepit — create warm gathering spots for meals, sundowners, and storytelling under star-filled African skies.
